Do you know someone who should be on our Cooper Team? Earn a referral bonus for the following positions:
- $5,000 for a full-time OR RN referral (Must have minimum one year OR experience)
- $5,000 for a full-time Critical Care RN referral (Must have minimum two year critical care experience)
- $5,000 for full-time Medical Surgical RN referral (Must have minimum two year inpatient acute care experience)
- $5,000 for full-time Respiratory Therapist referral (Must have minimum two year respiratory therapy experience)
- $2,500 for part-time OR RN referral (Must have minimum one year OR experience)
- $2,500 for part-time Critical Care RN referral (Must have minimum two year critical care experience)
- $2,500 for part-time Medical Surgical RN referral (Must have minimum two year inpatient acute care experience)
- $2,500 for part-time Respiratory Therapist referral (Must have minimum two year respiratory therapy experience)
Referral Bonus Payout Structure:
- First half after six months of service, second half after one year of service.
How to Qualify for This Referral Bonus:
- Registrants must apply for jobs on the Cooper Career site at jobs.cooperhealth.org by December 31, 2021.
- The employee’s name MUST be listed on official application.
- One year retention is required in order to be eligible for the bonus.
