The following employee referral bonus opportunities are available for RN and Respiratory Therapist positions:

  • $5,000 for a full-time OR RN referral (Must have minimum one year OR experience)
  • $5,000 for full-time Medical Surgical RN referral (Must have minimum two year inpatient acute care experience)
  • $5,000 for full-time Emergency Medicine RN referral (Must have minimum two year emergency care experience)
  • $5,000 for full-time Critical Care RN referral (Must have minimum two year critical care experience)
  • $5,000 for full-time Respiratory Therapist referral (Must have minimum two year respiratory therapy experience)
  • $2,500 for part-time OR RN referral (Must have minimum one year OR experience)
  • $2,500 for part-time Medical Surgical RN referral (Must have minimum two year inpatient acute care experience)
  • $2,500 for part-time Emergency Medicine RN referral (Must have minimum two year emergency care experience)
  • $2,500 for part-time Critical Care RN referral (Must have minimum two year critical care experience)
  • $2,500 for part-time Respiratory Therapist referral (Must have minimum two year respiratory therapy experience)

Referral Bonus Payout Structure:

  • First half after six months of service, second half after one year of service.

How to Qualify for This Referral Bonus:

  • Registrants must apply for jobs on the Cooper Career site at jobs.cooperhealth.org by December 31, 2021.
  • The employee’s name MUST be listed on official application.
  • One year retention is required in order to be eligible for the bonus.
