Elyce H. Cardonick, MD, FACOG, a high-risk obstetrician at Cooper, specializes in the care of women who receive a cancer diagnosis during their pregnancy. Dr. Cardonick works closely with each patient’s oncologist and obstetrician to formulate a plan that is in the best interests of both mother and child. Through the Cancer in Pregnancy Registry, both mother and child are followed closely to document long-term safety outcomes.
