Cooper Interpretive Services

On Monday, March 21, 2022, Cooper began using Teladoc to provide interpretive services during virtual patient appointments. Teladoc recently integrated with Voyce, the service that Cooper uses to provide interpretive services during in-person patient visits. Together, Teladoc and Voyce support our providers and patients by easing language barriers and creating a natural interaction during both in-person and virtual appointments.
