The Pathway to Excellence Survey opens today and will be distributed via email from Kathy Devine, DrNP, RN, NEA-BC, Senior Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive, to all Cooper nurses with an active RN, LPN, or APN license. This anonymous survey is an integral part of the appraisal process for organizations applying for American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Pathway to Excellence® designation. The survey will remain open until May 24, 2022 and only takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Nurses will be provided the time and environment to participate in this survey during their work day. If you are a Cooper nurse with an active license, please keep an eye out for your invitation to complete the Pathway to Excellence survey.
