Annual Engagement Surveys

It is time for Cooper’s annual engagement surveys for all team members, physicians and APPs, and residents and fellows. These important and anonymous surveys help us improve your work experience as well as the patient experience at Cooper.

On October 17, 2022, you received an email from Press Ganey from the address noreply@surveys.pressganey.com with your individual survey link. The email contained Cooper’s normal warning about links from outside emails, but the link to the survey is safe. The surveys will remain open until Monday, November 7, 2022.

Over the past several years, Cooper has become an elite academic health system. We have earned a number of significant recognitions, including being named one of the Best Regional Hospitals by US News & World Report, receiving for the fourth year in a row the Healthgrades Patient Safety Excellence Award ranking us in the top 5% of hospitals nationwide, and a Forbes Magazine Best Employer for the second year in a row. These achievements are only possible through the dedicated, hard work done by the entire Cooper team. We thank you for your commitment to excellence in the work necessary to fulfill our mission.

The information you provide in these surveys has a direct impact on positive changes at Cooper. The annual engagement surveys informed the following positive changes:

  • New Medical School Garage – All hospital-based staff moved up from the waterfront garage.
  • Updated the Pulse, our Cooper intranet site, to make it easier to find information that is important to you.
  • No more email jail, plus enhanced security, with our conversion to Microsoft 365.
  • Safety and security enhancements that include new violence prevention resources, education, and training, and a “Safety Corner” on the Pulse.
  • DEI progress – New calendar of events, awards, celebrations, and DEI strategic plan development under way.
  • Master Campus Plan – New hospital facilities approved with 100% private bed model.
  • Continued growth – Construction starting on our new Moorestown Ambulatory Campus.
  • Benefits plan improved to include:
    • Behavioral health and substance abuse benefits covered 100% in network.
    • Infertility covered under tier one and two benefit levels.
    • Dental implants now covered under dental plan.

Please take a few minutes of your time to help us continue to improve The Cooper Experience by participating in the survey.

Thank you in advance for your participation.
