Crucial Conversations© Training for Leaders

Crucial Conversations© is required for all new Cooper leaders (supervisors and above) who have not yet completed it. This 16-hour course, held over two days, teaches critical communication skills for creating dialogue in high stakes, risky and emotionally charged situations.

New leaders may select one of the following two-day sessions:

March 13 and 20, 2015

April 19 and 22, 2015
