On Thursday, June 22, 2023, Cooper’s linen/scrub team will host a Scrub Awareness Day to educate Cooper team members on all facets of the scrub program, including:
- Scrub cleanliness – Using the Cintas wash process rather than washing at home, which violates infection prevention protocol.
- Proper use of badging and equipment.
- Maintaining credits and inventory.
- Opportunity for users to provide feedback and ideas to better serve their needs.
Throughout the day, Tony Favata, Manager of Cooper’s Linen/Scrub Department, along with representatives from our scrub vendor, Cintas, will host an information booth across from the second floor Kelemen elevators outside the Cooper Court Cafeteria. Stop by during the times listed below to take a brief quiz and have your name entered in a prize drawing:
- 5 a.m. to 7 a.m.
- 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The booth will remain in place until 8 a.m. on Friday, June 23, 2023, with quizzes available. The prize drawing will take place at noon on Monday, June 26, 2023.
