Third Annual Berkowitz Family Foundation Lecture on Medical Ethics Is April 23, 2015

The Third Annual Berkowitz Family Foundation Lecture on Medical Ethics is featuring Barron H. Lerner, MD, a Professor of Medicine and Population Health at New York University Langone Medical Center, and author of five books including The Good Doctor: A Father, a Son and the Evolution of Medical Ethics. Dr. Lerner will be presenting “Two Doctors, Two Generations: Medical Ethics Then and Now.”

Funded by the Berkowitz Family Foundation, the lecture will be hosted by The Cooper Foundation and Cooper Medical School of Rowan University.

Mr. Edwin Berkowitz, Chairman of the Board of JE Berkowitz Glass in Pedricktown, NJ, created the foundation with his family to support a variety of philanthropic activities, locally and around the world, with a special interest in activities related to medical ethics, education and programs for seniors.
