Cooper team members recently attended their first interprofessional evidence-based practice (EBP) immersion from the Helene Fuld Health Trust National Institute for Evidence-based Practice in Nursing and Healthcare.
Representatives were at Cooper all week for the five-day immersion program, which provides a deep dive into EBP. Participants learned the step-by-step EBP process as well as effective strategies for implementing EBP in the clinical environment. Those who attended the immersion will now be able to act as mentors for others researching and implementing the most up-to-date practices at Cooper.
