Cooper’s Population Health team will be outside the main hospital cafeteria on Monday, November 20, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to provide assistance and answer questions regarding Cooper Unite, our online platform used to find community-based resources. Our patients are disproportionately affected by social determinants of health. Cooper Unite can help mitigate this impact by providing patients with resources related to food security, transportation, housing, and more. We look forward to seeing you there!
