Cooper Night at Hollydell Showcases Cooper Center for Resuscitation Education and Community Engagement

The Center for Resuscitation Education and Community Engagement is committed to training the public and professional communities in emergency cardiovascular care. Through an alliance with the American Heart Association, team members offer classes in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, and neonatal resuscitation.

Offerings include:

  • Providing education and skills sessions related to CPR, AEDs, and first aid to the community.
  • Exploring innovative programs to deliver training to underserved communities.
  • Partnering with community leaders and officials to identify needs and barriers
    related to educational opportunities.

Colleen Tuttle and Matt Sinback, educators with the center, recently attended Cooper Night at Hollydell, the Sewell-based ice-skating arena, to provide families with important CPR and lifesaving information.

Thank you to Colleen and Matt for providing this important instruction to our communities.
