Cooper’s third-party print and digital partner, Taylor, Inc., is making updates to Smartworks’ online ordering for forms, signs, and marketing literature. You will not be able to order anything from March 13 through Monday, March 18. The desktop courier will continue delivering documents ordered prior to the downtime.
The Cooper Rewards platform, Cooper Company online store, and day-to-day promotional product orders requiring a PO will not be affected.
