To place your jacket order, you must enter your team member ID and last name. Ensure that your team member ID matches the last name recorded in iCooper. (It is not the number on the back of your badge.) If you need help locating your team member ID, click here. After hitting continue, you will be prompted to select your preferred fit and size.

- We cannot accept returns or exchanges, so please choose your size carefully.
FAQ
- Questions regarding the shipping address? When placing your order, you must select Cooper University Health Care, One Cooper Plaza as your shipping address. This is the only option to choose from, as we have everyone’s true location in our HRIS system and jackets will be shipped using that information. If you work remotely, your jacket will be sent to the home address that appears in iCooper. Please ensure your home address is correct in iCooper.
- Difficulty accessing the site/placing order? Please email bnrhelpdesk@staples.com for assistance accessing the site. They will be able to ensure you can enter the site and place your order.
- Unsure if order was submitted? Please email bnrhelpdesk@staples.com to confirm whether your order was received. They have access to view the back end of the site and can confirm your order status.
