It’s that time of year for annual mandatory education required by the state and federal governments.
This year, there are fewer modules to take – and we’ve streamlined and updated these modules. Specifically, we have removed two modules due to duplicate content and made content specific to patient-facing and non-patient-facing roles. These changes will reduce the average time to complete by 17 minutes compared to last year. Also, the assigned modules appear as individual courses that will make it easier to schedule over the three full months – more time than ever before – that you have to complete the education.
You received your Cooper Learning Network (CLN) assignment for 2024 by email last week, and you will also see it listed under the “My Task” section of the CLN User Dashboard. The deadline to complete the courses is September 18, 2024.
