Cooper Nursing is excited to share the newest version of their nursing professional practice model. A professional practice model represents who Cooper nurses are and what they do across the organization.
Whether a nurse provides direct patient care in the hospital, serves as a leader, or works in the community, the professional practice model reflects all the best of Cooper Nursing. The C.A.R.E.S. model – which is incorporated into the professional practice model (see below) – highlights Cooper Nursing’s commitment to compassion, advocacy, reliability, engagement, and skill. Be on the lookout for the new professional graphic model, designed by nurses across the system in a variety of roles.
