Cooper is pleased to announce that the November 2024 paid time off (PTO) sell-back opportunity is almost here. The payout will be based on PTO accrued as of the pay period ending November 30, 2024. Payment will be made on Friday, December 13, 2024.
Requests must be completed through the iCooper Team Member Space between November 25 and December 9, 2024. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once you submit your request. You must have a Cooper email address to receive a confirmation. Please review the instructions on how to submit your sell back here.
The following outlines the criteria for eligibility:
- Full-time team members may sell back from eight to 40 hours of PTO time in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour increments, depending upon the length of the team member’s normal work shift. However, a minimum of 72 hours must be maintained in the team member’s PTO bank at the time of the sell back.
- Part-time team members may sell-back from eight to 24 hours of PTO in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour increments provided a minimum of 36 hours is maintained in the team member’s PTO bank at the time of the sell-back.
- Payment for the sell-back will be at the team member’s base rate of pay.
- The sell-back of PTO is voluntary and sell-back decisions are final upon receipt by the Payroll Department.
- Team members who do not accrue PTO on a bi-weekly basis are not eligible for sell back.
- It is the team member’s responsibility to submit their request via Team Member Space by 5 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024.
- Payroll will adjust any PTO sell back requests on December 10, 2024, where the eligible PTO balance will now fall below the required minimum hours.
