This year’s open enrollment for health benefits for Cooper at Camden team members takes place from November 18 through November 27, 2024. During this time, you can enroll or make changes to benefit elections for you and your family.
Cooper University Health Care offers a variety of quality, affordable benefit programs and services to support you and your family, including several enhancements for the 2025 benefits year
For the second year in a row, there will be no cost increase to most team members for their Cooper health benefits, which is unique for large health care organizations. Only a small number of team members who moved into a higher tier due to a promotion or salary increase will see an increase in health benefits contributions in 2025.
This year’s open enrollment will be passive, which means that if you do not make any changes during open enrollment, your current benefit elections will remain in effect for the upcoming plan year (January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025) except for flexible spending accounts (FSA), which do not carry over. If you want an FSA in 2025, you must take action to enroll and submit your benefit elections by November 27, 2024.

- New 90DayMyWay® option to receive 90-day supply of medications for chronic health conditions from a retail pharmacy.
- Extended Supply Network Pharmacy provides you with access to thousands of in-network pharmacies.
- Express Scripts® Home Delivery Pharmacy with 24/7 support and free standard shipping for a 90-day supply of medication.
- New employee assistance program (EAP) through Optum, offering 24/7 dial-in support, counseling sessions, and behavioral coaching for the entire family.
- Optum’s financial, legal, mediation, and fraud resolution support.
- Free access to the premium version of the Calm app, a smartphone app that aids meditation, sleep, and relaxation.
- Unlimited use of Optum’s Uptime micro-learning modules.
- Health care FSA up to $3,300.
- Dependent care up to $5,000 (family) or $2,500 (married filing separately).
All open enrollment materials, including the 2025 Benefits Highlights Booklet and your personal 2025 biweekly contributions for medical, dental, and vision coverage, will be available in iCooper on November 18, 2024, under Job Aids and Training Material.
