Get ready to GO BLUE!
On Friday, March 7, 2025, Cooper University Health Care and MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper are joining forces to recognize National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. We encourage all team members to wear blue to show support and raise awareness about the importance of colon cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment.
Regular colorectal cancer screenings save lives by detecting cancer early, when it’s most treatable. The latest guidelines recommend that adults at average risk begin screening colonoscopies at age 45. Those with a family history or other risk factors should consider getting screened even sooner.
