Call for Applications: Recognition Working Group

Are you passionate about fostering a culture of belonging and recognition within your department? Do you want to help reinforce this throughout the organization? Apply for the Recognition Working Group!

This newly formed group will expand and transform our current recognition programs to support engagement, retention, inclusion, safety, and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for Cooper team members to create a refreshed recognition program. Share your creativity and energy to make the Cooper work experience great for everyone.

This team will create, implement, and manage new award programs, events, and activities throughout Cooper. Other responsibilities include promoting the annual engagement and culture of safety survey, supporting efforts to improve new team member engagement and first-year retention, increasing leader awareness of recognition tools, and optimizing program processes.

Applications for the working group will be accepted through April 4, 2025.

Member Requirements:

  • Apply using the form linked here.
  • Written approval from your manager.
  • Willing to meet monthly.
  • Attend at least eight meetings a year.
  • Willing to take on additional work to support team member engagement and recognition (approximately two hours per month).
