Celebrating Patient Experience Week

The annual Patient Experience (PX) Week at Cooper started this week,  honoring and celebrating those who exemplify excellence in communication, collaboration, and compassion, creating meaningful and positive experiences for our patients. We encourage everyone to join in as we celebrate the many ways we support and care for our patients and their families.

Ways to Get Involved:

  • Color and Share: Show what PX means to you! Post a picture on Pulse+ with your “I Am the Patient Experience” coloring page to demonstrate your dedication. Click here to download.
  • Share Your Story: Enter the “My Most Meaningful Patient Experience” contest to highlight your impactful moments of care and connection by emailing your story to consumerexpereince@cooperhealth.edu.
  • Give Back: Support Joseph’s House and Branches Outreach by contributing any dollar amount or donating a prepackaged bag (fruit juice, potato chips, crackers—no nuts, please). These donations will be provided to the homeless as they leave the shelters each morning. Donation boxes will be available daily from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the main lobbies outside the gift shops at Cooper University Hospital in Camden and Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional. Alternatively, donations may be made anyevery day between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the Patient Relations office at either hospital.
  • Explore PX Activities: Stop by the second-floor link between the Roberts and Dorrance pavilions at Cooper University Hospital in Camden any day this week to take part in engaging PX-themed activities.

Thank you for your continued dedication to making patient experiences exceptional. Let’s work together to make PX Week truly special.
