Cooper continues to achieve remarkable growth and success despite the challenges facing health systems nationally due to your dedication and commitment. We are grateful for all your efforts. Thanks to the generous support from the Cooper Foundation, each of you will receive a new Cooper-branded tumbler as a token of our heartfelt appreciation.

- Cooper has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report’s 2024-2025 Best Hospitals as among the top 10 in New Jersey and the highest-ranking hospital in southern New Jersey; and among the elite 11% of U.S. hospitals to earn a numerical ranking.
- For the fourth consecutive year, Forbes has recognized Cooper as a Best Employer, this year ranking Cooper among the top 200 Best Large Employers in the nation.
- Cooper maintained its A+ credit rating from Fitch Ratings.
