As part of our continued efforts to streamline communication tools for Cooper at Camden, Jabber fully retired on July 14, 2025.
- Messaging via Jabber and Webex ended on April 30, 2025.
- Clinical Messaging: Use Tiger Connect.
- General Communication: Use Microsoft Teams for all other needs.
- Phone calls from devices via Jabber ended on July 14, 2025.
To make and receive work-related calls using a Cooper device moving forward, please use the Webex app. This new platform has replaced Jabber on all Cooper-provided devices—including desktops, laptops, iPhones, and iPads—and supports internal and external calls, as well as nurse call alerts. Calling via desktop phones has not changed. For more information, click here.
