As Microsoft ends support for Windows 10 in October 2025, Cooper IT began upgrading all compatible Cooper PCs and laptops to Windows 11 this week. This rollout will follow a phased schedule, meaning devices will be upgraded at different times over the following weeks. The upgrade process is automatic and requires no action on your part. The Cooper Cape team is already using Windows 11 and will not be affected by this change.
What to Expect:
- Your desktop may look slightly different after the upgrade.
- No data loss: All files, shared drives, desktop items, and shortcuts will remain intact.
