This past weekend, and on Monday morning, Cooper team members may have experienced being locked out of their Cooper account when trying to log in. The Information Security team investigated and discovered that threat actors are triggering authorization requests from hundreds of unique IP addresses. Our IT security systems detected suspicious activity and automatically locked the targeted accounts to prevent unauthorized access.
