Stressed Out? Let Us Help

All employees are invited to attend the workshop, “Stress Management: What’s Tried and What’s New,” presented by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Stress impacts us emotionally, physically, and mentally. To minimize the impact, everyone needs to have a stress management plan in place. Make the conscious choice to combat stress! This workshop provides a refresher on several proven stress-reducing strategies and offers participants the opportunity to learn and experience some of the newer mind-body complementary methods on the horizon.
