Refer a CRNA and receive a $5,000 referral bonus!

Do you know a CRNA?  Then why not refer them to Cooper University Hospital and you can earn $5,000! Here is how it works:

  • Have your referral apply to a CRNA position at cooperhealth.org.
  • Make sure they list your name as the referral source on their application and notify your manager once your referral has applied.
  • Once the referred CRNA is interviewed and hired you now qualify to receive the bonus … it’s that simple!

Terms and Conditions

  • Cooper employee’s name must be listed on the referred CRNA’s application to receive bonus. Only one name can be listed as referral source.
  • Students completing their rotation at Cooper will not be considered a referred person.
  • Referral bonus will not be paid for any individual who worked at Cooper for the past year.
  • Worked at Cooper through a staffing agency within the past year.
  • Payment of half the bonus will be given upon completion of three months of the referred CRNA’s employment, as determined by official start date. The remaining half of the bonus will be given after completion of one year of the referred nurse’s employment. Bonus payments will not be made if the referred nurse leaves Cooper prior to completion of these milestones.
  • Both the referring employee and the referred employee must be actively employed by Cooper at the time the bonus payment is paid.
  • Bonus applies to full-time and part-time CRNA positions.
