Cooper Wins Best Overall Quality Consumer Choice Award by National Research Corporation

For the 11th year, Cooper University Hospital has received the Consumer Choice Award from the National Research Corporation (NRC). The annual award identifies hospitals from across the United States that health care consumers choose as having the highest quality and image.

For 2016/2017, Cooper won a first place ranking from consumers for:

  • Best Overall Quality.
  • Best Doctors.
  • Best Image and Reputation.

Cooper ranked a close second in a fourth category, Best Nurses.

Winners of the Consumer Choice Award are determined by consumer perceptions on multiple quality and image ratings collected in the National Research Corporation’s Market Insights survey, the largest online consumer health care survey in the country. National Research Corporation surveys more than 300,000 households in the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.
