Is your information up to date with the Payroll Department? Here are a few friendly year-end reminders.
- Did you move in 2016? If so, is your new address in Cooper’s records?
- If you are a new hire, does Cooper have your correct social security number?
- Have you signed up for the electronic W2?
- Have you signed up for direct deposit of your paycheck? It is the safest way to ensure you are paid on time (it takes two pay periods, after signing up, to activate).
- Do you need to change your W4 tax information (i.e., marital status, dependents, additional withholding)?
To update any of the above information, visit the Employee Portal. Under Frequently Used Links, click Employee Self Service and Requisition Center to access your information.
