Please take note of the following key dates in the Performance Review process.

Performance Review Forms Finalized – Due Date: Friday, February 17, 2017

  • Top Performers and Needs Improvement require VP signature and approval.
  • Ratings may not be communicated to employees for TP or NI until final approval from VP is obtained.

Meet With Employees February 17, 2017, through March 10, 2017

  • Discuss 2016 performance, rating, and goals.

Enter Staff Performance Ratings February 20, 2017, through March 17, 2017

Managers Meet with HR Business Partner March 20, 2017, through April 2, 2017

  • Review finalized Performance Reviews. Competencies are kept in employee department file.
