The bake-off was delicious and the Strawberry Cherry Cheesecake took the prize!
The Patient Access Center (PAC) had four participants in their first Valentine’s Day Bake-Off and a number of judges and guest judges stopped by. There are potential plans to hold the bake-off each year for Valentine’s Day with a suggestion to hold a PAC office-wide contest!

2nd Place Michelle Eckert – Snickerdoodle cookies and sugar cookies
3rd Place Lori Hanneman – Mini white-chocolate cupcakes with a raspberry center
4th place Jalitza Gomez – Chocolate chip cookies
