This is a reminder that Cisco Jabber, for employee communications, is being installed on all Cooper devices this week through November 30, 2018. This software will help you collaborate and communicate with your colleagues more easily and productively. Using Jabber, you will be able to reach your colleagues through instant messaging and have the ability to share your desktop screen. Additional features such as voice and video calling will be rolled out in the next phase.
For employees who were using Microsoft Lync and Skype, Jabber will replace those tools.
