Cooper IT: New Self Service Portal Coming Soon!

On Monday, May 6, 2019, the Cooper IT team will launch a new customer service portal, which will provide you with a quicker, more convenient way to handle non-urgent issues and service requests. Once launched, you will only have to call the Help Desk for urgent issues.

For any non-urgent IT issues and service requests, you will be able to simply log into the new portal and submit your issue or request. IT will assign an expert who will update the status of your request on the portal. You will no longer need to make phone calls and send emails to receive updates, as all information on your request will be on the new portal.

Beginning Thursday, April 11, 2019, system-generated customer surveys for incidents will now be sent through the new system. These surveys help IT provide you with better service and will now come from the following email address: cuhprod@service-now.com.

IT will provide additional details about the new service portal as the launch date approaches. Thank you for your patience as we transition to the new system.
