IT Customer Service Portal Will Launch Monday, May 6, 2019

On Monday, May 6, 2019, IT will launch its new ServiceNow Portal providing you with a convenient and easy way to submit and track your IT service requests and non-urgent issues. After the portal launches, you will only have to call the Help Desk for urgent IT issues.

The new portal is easy to use. To see how it works, click to view a training video. Training is also available via the Cooper Learning Network – just search the course catalog for “ServiceNow Portal.”

You can access the ServiceNow Portal using the icon on your desktop or on the Pulse under IT Links. To log in, use your network username and password. Click to read a tip sheet for additional details.

If you need assistance when submitting a non-urgent issue through the portal, please do the following:

  1. Select “Need Help/Request Change” icon on the home page.
  2. Select “Report an Issue to the Service Desk.”
  3. When completing the field “select area where your issue is present,” choose “ServiceNow Portal.” You may receive an email requesting additional information.
