Cooper Norcross Health is providing patients with a new way to get information about their prescriptions, including medication information, educational videos, and savings options.
When your physician or advanced practice provider sends a new prescription or new refill to your pharmacy, you’ll receive a secure, HIPAA-compliant text message from 64556 with the clinician’s name and a link to the RxInform Prescription Assistant. Just tap the link and enter your date of birth to access your personalized information – there’s no app download or other login required.
These messages are in addition to messages you may receive from MyCooper or your pharmacy, and are meant to provide you with more education about your medications, any applicable discounts, and the ability to set reminders for pickup.
Of course, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or texting STOP to 64556. Opting out of RxInform won’t affect other communication that you have chosen to receive from us or from your pharmacy. Information is available in both English and Spanish.
