If you live in Camden, Burlington or Gloucester county, this fall your household may be selected for a random telephone survey. Lourdes Health System, Kennedy, Cooper, Underwood and Virtua, along with the three county health departments, are working together to identify community health needs within the tri-county region.
The survey—to be conducted by the Holleran research firm—will take about 15 minutes and will ask questions about your lifestyle and behaviors that impact your health. Help us improve the health of our communities!
