Cooper Pediatric Radiology Volunteer to Support “Feed My Starving Children”

On Saturday, October 26, the Cooper Pediatric Radiology team participated in a “Feed My Starving Children (FMSC)” Mobile Pack Event at the NJ Army National Guard Center in Haddonfield. Feed My Starving Children® is a non-profit organization providing children and adults hand-pack meals specifically formulated for malnourished children. FMSC meals have reached nearly 70 countries around the world and has packed over 1.6 million meals, which is enough food to feed 4,384 kids every day for a year. The volunteer team was led by Dr. Thomas Presenza, pediatric radiologist, who was pleased to participate, supported by his team and family members saying, “We all left feeling better for having volunteered our time to this worthy organization, knowing that the fruits of our labor would touch so many children in need.”
