The Cooper Learning Center Presents: SOAR® Study Skills Program

Each session in the SOAR® Study Skills Program builds upon the previous one.

The six-week program is geared toward middle school- and high school-aged students and will support participants in:
• Taking responsibility for their learning.
• Organizing themselves in and out of school.
• Setting priorities through time management.
• Completing assignments efficiently.
• Expanding independent and critical thinking skills.
• Learning and connecting with new information.
• Working up to their potential.
• Reducing test anxiety.

The sessions run for six consecutive Tuesdays beginning March 25, 2014, at the following times:
Middle school-aged group, 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
High school-aged group, 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

The cost for the six-week program is $450 plus an additional $75 for the materials which the students can continue to use after completion of the program.
