Learn How to Intentionally Make Your Emotions Work for You

Paula Watson, MS, Employee Assistant Program (EAP) at Cooper, is facilitating the workshop Emotional Intelligence. Join her and learn how to intentionally make your emotions work for you by using them to help guide your behavior and thinking in ways that enhance your results. Emotional intelligence is a skill that is competency based, can be improved and developed, and can predict personal success. It is not about IQ, personality type, or aptitude. Individuals will learn emotional intelligence competencies as they relate to intrapersonal and interpersonal interactions, and explore the four quadrants of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management.
