During National Health Care Access Week, April 3 – April 9, 2016, please join us as we recognize those who work in Health Care Access at Cooper.
Established in 1982, this annual celebration is sponsored by the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM). Here at Cooper, Health Care Access comprises registrars, insurance specialists, admitting officers, access navigators, receptionists, and operators, many of whom have a major responsibility in initiating the patient experience at Cooper and are often the first faces seen by our patients. Their hard work is appreciated and we encourage their efforts as goodwill ambassadors for the entire health system.
