Jama is one of my favorite physicians to work with in the ICU! He is approachable, fair, and always appreciated by his nursing staff! He has a great bedside manner and builds rapport with patients and families with ease! He will go out of his way with his patient care! We had a situation arise in the ICU recently where Jama went above and beyond to help a family in need, not something that you see every day. There is no denying how much Jama loves what he does.
