The Employee Engagement and Provider Engagement Survey is now available. This year’s survey will be a pulse survey, which should only take a few minutes to complete online on any computer or mobile device.
Your survey answers are confidential. The Advisory Board (www.advisory.com), a third -party vendor, administers the survey. Cooper only receives aggregated results to the survey questions.
The survey is open now through November 10, 2017, for all employees and providers who were hired before August 7, 2017. You should have already received an email with your survey from surveys@advisory.com. Any issues with accessing the survey should be directed to https://advisorysurveys.com/help.
