In previous weeks, you read about Storyboard, the redesigned patient workspace for all roles in Epic, and how the change can significantly eliminate clicks and save time. Storyboard goes live with the August 2, 2020, Epic upgrade. We strongly encourage you to try out the change in the Sandbox environment so you’re prepared. Please help your fellow users adjust to the change and share tips and tricks. No matter your role at Cooper, the new Storyboard layout and hover-over functionality is similar for all Epic users.
As with previous upgrades, there will be a downtime as we bring the new version live. Epic production will be inaccessible starting at 3 a.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2020. The upgraded system is expected to be live by 6 a.m.
