Open Enrollment: November 9 through November 23

This year’s Open Enrollment period is November 9 through November 23, 2020. The benefits provided to you by Cooper University Health Care are an important component of your total rewards. We strive to offer you and your family excellent health care and other benefits while keeping your employee contributions affordable.

• Current participants in the Basic, Core, and Standard plans will enjoy a passive enrollment for 2021 (no action is required) unless you decide to make a change to your existing benefit elections or wish to enroll in a flexible spending account.
• There are no plan changes for 2021. In the Core Plan, you still have no co-pay for care provided at Cooper, except the Emergency Department.
• Current participants in the AmeriHealth POS plan must actively enroll (you are required to take action) during this enrollment period or you will be automatically defaulted to the Core Plan with the same level of coverage and same tobacco user designation that you are currently enrolled in.

If you are adding a dependent to your benefit coverage, you will be required to provide their social security number on employee self-service. This information is required in order for your dependent(s) to receive coverage.

The complete 2021 Benefits Highlights Booklet will be available on Monday, November 9, 2020, through Employee Self-Service > Benefits > Benefit Booklet. This resource will provide you with useful information to select the plans that best meet your needs and your budget.
