On July 6, 2022, 96 additional carriers were added to Cooper’s pneumatic tube system, which helps our clinical teams move medications, specimens, and other health care-related materials quickly and efficiently from department to department. These additional carriers increased the total number of carriers in our system by more than 70%.

Using these tips will help reduce unnecessary phone calls and delays in sending or receiving medication or specimens while increasing team member satisfaction and the quality of care provided to our patients.
