Cooper EMS Day of Training on the Battleship New Jersey

Thirty members of Cooper’s Emergency Medicine residency program gathered recently for a day of learning aboard the Battleship New Jersey. Thank you to the staff of the Battleship for hosting the training sessions throughout various locations in the iconic naval vessel. Dr. Alexander Kuc, Assistant EMD Medical Director, in conjunction with Dr. Gerard Carroll, Cooper’s EMS Fellowship Director and Division Head of EMS and Disaster Medicine, organized the program.

The Emergency Medicine Residency at Cooper and Cooper Medical School of Rowan University is a dynamic, high-energy, three-year program that provides the skills and essential knowledge to build a solid foundation and career in emergency medicine.
