As part of our continued improvements to communication tools, Cooper at Camden will begin transitioning to Webex Telephony starting July 7, 2025. This new platform will replace Jabber on all Cooper-provided devices—including desktops, laptops, iPhones, and iPads—and will support internal and external calls, as well as nurse call alerts.
To prepare for this transition, please complete the following steps:
- Review the training materials below for your device(s):
- If you use a Rover device, access the guide via your iPhone.
- Begin using the Webex Telephony application as your new communication tool.
Please note: Jabber will be retired as of July 14, 2025, and will no longer function after that date.
