With this new feature, you can connect directly with a live Service Desk agent—no phone call required. The chat is staffed by the same knowledgeable professionals who handle your Service Desk calls, ready to assist you with the same level of expertise and care.
Once on the ServiceNow portal, select the “Chat” icon in the lower right corner of the screen. Click here for more details.
