Introducing: Cardiac Partners Women’s Heart Support Group
1st Thursday of the Month 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Ripa Center
When recovering from a cardiac event, it is common for women to experience certain emotions, such as depression, anxiety, anger, and fear. Studies have shown that having support from family, friends, and other women living with heart disease leads to a better recovery and improved quality of life.
Please join us at our Women’s Heart Support Group, where attendees share their heart stories and learn from one another. The group will be facilitated by health care professionals with a background in cardiology and feature speakers who are experts in women’s health. Registration is required.
