Glassboro, NJCooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU) marked the graduation of its 6th and largest class of medical doctors with a pandemic-style commencement ceremony held on Monday, May 10, 2021.

Unlike many graduation celebrations this year, CMSRU’s Commencement took place live and in-person, outdoors, under a tent on the University Green of Rowan University’s main campus in Glassboro, N.J. Read more.

Cooper University Health Care has named Elizabeth “Lisa” Moriarty, MSN, RN, of Washington Township, NJ, the 2021 Nurse of the Year. Moriarty, a medical surgical nurse on Cooper’s Pavilion 7 unit, also received the Selma and Martin Hirsch Award for Excellence in Medical Surgical Nursing as part of Cooper’s Annual Nursing Excellence Awards presented during National Nurses’ Week (May 6-12). Cooper University Health Care Teams Up with the Philadelphia 76ers

Cooper University Health Care has teamed up with the Philadelphia 76ers to create a video PSA to raise awareness of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Cooper University Health Care Expands Hours at Neighborhood COVID-19 Vaccination and Education Center in East Camden

(CAMDEN, NJ)  — Cooper University Health Care is expanding the hours at the COVID-19 Vaccination and Education Center at the Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Community Center in East Camden.

COVID-19 vaccinations at the site are available Mondays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesdays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. Read more.
